August 2021 Parents Survey

In collaboration with school, PIBG is doing a survey on “Are parents ready to have kid(s) back to school physically in Sept 2021”.

Note:

1. The survey form can only be filled up with valid Kwang Hwa ID.
2. Kwang Hwa ID can be retrieved by filling up 2021/22 PIBG AGM Attendance Form
